This piston assembly is form Ray Goodman's A/EA 302 SBC. It has 75 paases on it. Ray shifts at 9,600 and goes through the traps at over 10,000 RPM

Here is a comparison of coated and non-coated psiton running in Ray's engine. The non-coated only has 25 hits on it! Check out the coated bearings.

Main Bearings from Ray's 302 SBC were installed non-coated. We applied CI-1010 to these "used" bearings and re-built the engine!

This is a "new" aircraft exhaust extention. The chrome peeled during grit blast prior to CI-1000 application.
